Please Read the below Information First!

After the Rate Department receives your request for a quote a Rate Clerk will then Call, Email or Fax you with your Rate Amount and a Rate Quote Number.
Once you receive your Rate Quote, the next step is to contact our Customer Service Department to place your order. Please keep in mind, our Rate Department DOES NOT book shipments. Shipments can only be placed through our Customer Service Representatives.
To insure you are charged the amount quoted, please be sure to give the Customer Service Representative your Rate Quote number when you place your order.
*Rate Quotes are based on the information given, Rate Amounts may change if the actual shipment information changes.
**After Phoning, Emailing, or Faxing in a request for a quote; if you have not received a response within an hour, please Call our Rate Department to be sure we have received your request. Electronic requests such as these sometimes can fail due to, just to name a few, power outages, wrong numbers, voicemail issues, unclear voice transmission, wrong email address entered or internet glitches.

» Requester Name, Company name, address and phone number
» Who we are Billing the freight charges to (Full address, phone and contact person)
» Order type:
» » One to One = one pickup, one delivery
» » Split Pickups = multiple pickups, one delivery
» » Split Delivery = one pickup, multiple deliveries
» Each Delivery point's full address or Zip Code
» Each Pickup point's full address or Zip Code

» Type of product(s)(i.e. Prepared Meat, Yogurt , Butter...)
» Temperature of product needed during shipment (Frozen 0' / Chill 35' / dry; Non-Refrigerated)
» Number of Cases
» Number of pallets
» Number of pallet spaces needed
» Weight of product including pallet weight
